So far in our Diversity Week we have covered the Definition of diversity, What is Inclusion, Why is heritage and culture important, the challenges faced when practicing diversity, the benefits, and Roadblocks.

For our final post of this Diversity Week leaders remember what they have learned from others who are different. I think that, like me, you will find the comments of the crowd at the #leadfromwithin chat, moderated by Lolly Daskal @LollyDaskal, refreshing and inspiring.

What have you learned from others who are different?

Remember. . .

Organizational learning, like individual learning, involves the development of new and diverse interpretations of events and situations. People learn better from others. You can learn even better from others that are different from you. Find ways every day to learn from the difference of others.

Join the conversation in the comments below and tell us what have YOU learn from others that are different from you.

I can help you create a culture of diversity in your organization. Working with me you will find your best path for development and change. To find out more, simply click here.
