We just celebrated the American Thanksgiving holiday. Like many other Americans, we traveled to be with family and be thankful for the connections and the blessings of the year.
I keep a gratitude journal where I record daily things and people I'm thankful for. It always gives me a lift to read through it. Unfortunately many people think about giving thanks only on that one day of the year.
Giving thanks everyday is not only good for yourself and your relationships, it also makes good business sense. It could be a good idea to check out everyday how your “gratitude meter” reads, and act accordingly.
I searched through the blog posts I wrote over the year, and decided to pull together here for you the ones that have to do with gratitude and positivity. It would not take too long to take a look and will reaffirm your commitment to all year gratitude.
