When I walk into organizations I often hear complaints about the use and abuse of technology. We are in danger of becoming a race of keyboard tappers unable to communicate with each other, meaningfully, in a natural manner, face to face.

A few days ago Apple introduced to the world iCloud, along with other software upgrades. I imagine that most of us Mac fans will want to upgrade our software and take advantage of the new capabilities as soon as it is available in the fall.
